Purchase under direct contracts. At the Private sale - Security Token Offering (STO) stage, the sale of OTI Equity Token is carried out under direct agreements with the Investor/Buyer and the issuer of OTI Equity Token.

Procedure for buying/investing in OTI Equity Token:

Initially, the Investor/Buyer, via e-mail, must inform the issuer of OTI Equity Token, of his/her intention to Invest/Buy in the securities of OFEK Technology Inc., USA, - OTI Equity Token.

To undergo the mandatory KYC/AML procedure. All necessary information forms for filling out and passing KYC/AML are will provided by OFEK Technology Inc., USA. In case of any difficulties in filling out the forms, OFEK Technology Inc. will provide a consultant to assist you in filling out the forms correctly.

Upon successful completion of the KYC/AML procedure, the Investor/Buyer will receive from OFEK Technology Inc. - Securities Purchase Agreement (OTI Equity Token - Convertible Eurobonds / CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTE) for further approval and signing.
The Investor/Buyer also receives from OFEK Technology Inc. PPM - Private Placement Memorandum, which illustrates and discloses the structures of the investment terms and conditions, as well as information on possible risks.

After signing the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Investor/Buyer pays for the purchase of OTI Equity Token according to the signed agreement and the invoice issued by OFEK Technology Inc.

Once payment is received in the Seller's bank account, within 24-48 hours, Investor/Buyer is placed in "White List" and OTI Equity Token will be sent to Investor/Buyer's ETH wallet, that support the ERC-20 token standard.
